Testimony me, please!

Sharing our testimony of what God has done is a means of worship. "And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole" (Luke 17:16-19). The definition of Testimony is the evidence in support of a fact or statement; proof, evidence testifying to something. This blogsite was designed to give encouragement to someone who is going through the same thing that you've went through. If you live long enough, you will be faced with a trial and/or test in your life. You never know how your story can help the person seeking encouragement to a situation they are going through right now. So please take the time to share your testimony and be a blessing to someone else. When we share our testimony, it encourages others to believe in God.

^{This is my testimony on today...}

¹⁶ Come and listen, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me. ¹⁷ I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue. ¹⁸ If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened; ¹⁹ but God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer. ²⁰ Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me! Psalms 66:16-20

Prayer is very important. I pray that you who is reading this, that you don't have sin cherished in your heart. I pray that the Lord remove any sin that I may have in my heart. We need the Lord every day. Don't you want Him to hear your prayer? I do...

For about a week, there was a little situation--nothing really serious--going on and yesterday I prayed for today to mark the end of it. When I woke up this morning I felt "lighter", like everything was going to be okay. The day went on and nothing really happened, but long story short, the whole situation ended today. It didn't end the way I was praying for, but when all was said and done and I thought back on it, I was so excited when I realized the connection with my praying about it. God is good!

What you pray for may not come in the "package" you're hoping for or expecting, but when it does come, you will definitely know it.; June 11, 2011 at 11:43 AM
